Fistball
Fistball is an ancient discipline. The Greeks and Romans played it in a format very similar to the modern game. A match is contested between two teams of four players. The ball is struck with the fist (in attack) or with the open palm (in defence and when building an attack). The fascination of the game lies in its dynamics as the ball is hit back and forth, and in the tactics employed.
