Campsite catering
Course participants staying on the campsite can choose between full board in the CST canteen and self-catering.
The number (one or more) of refrigerators and cupboards complete with a full set of crockery allocated to each group depends on the size of the group.
The group leader is responsible for food safety. He is obliged to comply with the law and ordinances on the production and sale of foodstuffs in force in the Canton of Ticino. In addition, those in charge of the kitchens undertake to apply the HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) method.
